Allio has go and done what we wish every HDTV maker would try already . They ’ve squeeze a full - blown media personal computer into a 1080p LCD TV . Coming in size up to 42 inches , purchaser can tailor-make a set that features a Vista - power PC with a Core2Duo , 4 GB of RAM , Wi - Fi , 1 TB of memory and a Blu - irradiation actor . And maxed out with these specs , the system only runs $ 2,800 . So what ’s the grab ? We noticed at least two that may or may not be dealbreakers . First , we have n’t visit a genuine side profile ( a tugboat PC could be duct taped on the back for all we know ) . Second , the HDTV itself is fairly middling with a mere 2000:1 line ratio and no response prison term listed . Full spectacles :
