At a talk in Los Angeleslast nighttime , Musk repose out his vision for The Boring Company . Specifically , he discussed plans to make a web of tunnels under LA , which he dubbed the “ Loop ” . It ’s mean to prove and relieve the traffic problems that chivvy the city .
